Baking soda is an abrasive that can whiten your teeth by brushing away stains. Mix water into a small amount of baking soda to make a paste. Dip your toothbrush or finger in the paste and rub it on your teeth.

Hydrogen peroxide can be used to whiten your teeth naturally. Brush your teeth with your regular toothpaste and then swish a small amount hydrogen peroxide around in your mouth for one minute. Spit it out and then rinse your mouth with water. Do not swallow hydrogen peroxide.

You can also use strawberries to whiten your teeth at home. Crush the strawberries into a pulp and apply the pulp to your teeth. Leave on for a few minutes. Strawberries contain sugars and acids so brush with a fluoride toothpaste afterwards.
