How to Make a Tuna Mayonnaise Wrap With Olives

  1. Step 1

    In this how to we are going to make a very simple but yet delicious tuna mayo wrap. This is a simple meal, snack to make or what ever you want to make it for. Its also healthy for you at the same time. Well lets get starting making this wrap.

  2. Step 2

    This recipe serves up 4:
    So here are the things you will need to make this wrap:

    7 oz./ 200 g canned tuna drained
    4 tbsp mayonnaise
    2 1/2/ 70g pitted green olives chopped. ( if you prefer you can use black olives as well).
    4 scallions, sliced
    a small bunch of fresh flat-leaf parsley, shredded.
    4 lettuce leaves, washed
    4 x 10-inch/ 25 cm wraps
    salt n pepper

  3. Step 3

    Now to take all the above ingredients and make the tuna wrap to eat and enjoy.

    Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, olives, scallions and parsley together in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper. (If you don't use salt and pepper you can substitute it with veggie salt).

    Preheat a non stick skillet or broiler pan until almost smoking, add the wraps, 1 at a time, and cook for 10 seconds on each side. This will add some color and soften the wraps.

  4. Step 4

    Ok now place s lettuce leaf in the center of each wrap, then divide the tuna mixture evenly among the wraps, placing some on the top of each leaf of lettuce. Fold in the wraps at the end and roll them up, cut in a half diagonally angle and serve. This is definitely going to be a meal pleaser. Enjoy
