If you want a more dramatic look, without over doing it, then this is perfect. Its a good way to enhance your eyes. You will love it!

Instructions

Step 1

Gather items, and stand, or sit in front of a mirror. Begin by taking some white eyeshadow, and apply directly under the eyebrow. Go all the way across the eyebrow, start to finish.
Step 2

Next take the eyeliner, (mechanical/self sharpening works best), and place a finger on your eyelid to keep it closed. Use the other eye to see ofcoarse. Now using the eyeliner draw a line straight across the eyelid, get as close to the eyelashs as you can. Then do the other eye.
Step 3

It may take a few tries, but you will get the hang of it. If you mess up thats ok, just use a wet cloth to wash off. Then dry, and repeat. This part doesn't even have to be perfect, just as long as you try to get the line close to the lash line.
Step 4

Next take the shimmer eyeshadow, and apply to eyelid. Then add a layer above eyelid, but under the brow bome. So basically the middle section of the eye. Now this is your choice, you can now add eyeliner to your lower eyelash area, or if you like the way your eyes are you may skip that part. Finish off your look by adding, mascara to the upper eye lashes.
