1
Determine the finished length of the necklace. Add five inches and cut the ribbon to this length.

2
Find the center of the ribbon and fold it at this point. Insert the fold of the ribbon through the ring of the charm so that it extends through the ring approximately one inch. Bring the ribbon ends around and insert the ends through the fold of the ribbon and pull tight. You have now attached the ribbon to the ring of the charm.

Place the ribbon necklace onto a flat work surface. Fold one of the ribbon ends over approximately 1/8-inch from the end and insert this folded end into a fold-over crimp end. Add a drop of beading glue to the ribbon inside the crimp end. Use the chain nose pliers to crimp the fold-over crimp closed around the ribbon. Repeat with the other end of the ribbon and the other fold-over crimp end. Allow the glue to dry before proceeding.

Open the loop of one of the crimp ends with the pliers and place one half of the toggle clasp onto the open loop. Close the loop. Repeat with the other crimp end loop and the other half of the toggle clasp to finish the ribbon charm necklace.
