Instructions

    • 1

Pour vinegar into a bowl that is slightly larger than your sea sponge. Vinegar is a natural cleaner that will cleanse and deodorize at the same time.

    • 2

Add warm water to the vinegar until the bowl is almost full. Stir to mix the two ingredients.

    • 3

Place the sea sponge in the bowl and give it a squeeze or two so the vinegar water will be absorbed into the sponge. Leave for two hours.

    • 4

Remove the sea sponge and squeeze it a few times to wring out the vinegar water . You do not need to rinse it out. Just set it out to dry naturally.

Tips & Warnings

  • Microwave your sea sponge if it used for cleaning anything other than your body. This will kill any bacteria on the sponge. Wet the sponge and microwave it on high for two minutes.
