It doesn't have to be hard to flatten your belly. Just following a few easy steps can take you from fat belly to flat belly in just a few weeks. A combination of eating right and exercising right will flatten your belly.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Eat right. If you want to flatten belly, you need to think about how easy it is to see the belly you're trying to flatten. Eating right can help you to lose the few pounds that might keep your flat belly from being as flat as you want it to be. Weight loss will help you show off your flat belly as much as possible, and eating right will help you to feel good and look your best.

  2. Step 2

Work out. A high level of general fitness will help you to flatten your belly. Try to get at least twenty minutes of aerobic exercise per day, whether by taking a long walk around your neighborhood, running on the treadmill, or swimming laps at a local pool. Working out will help you to flatten your belly.

  3. Step 3

Work your abs. Doing crunches by themselves can be boring, but they will definitely help to flatten belly. However, you can throw more interesting ab exercises in there with your crunches to make getting a flat belly as interesting as possible. Look up unique ab workouts online or do 8 minute abs to get a flat belly.

  4. Step 4

Remember that a flat belly is not the most important thing in the world. Your health is more important than flattening your belly, so make sure that you feel great on the inside before paying too much attention to your looks on the outside.
