Things You'll Need:
- Bicycle Frame
- Bicycle Parts
- Painting Supplies
- Aircraft Paint stripper
- Own Ideas for customizing
-
Step 1
Use normal sand paper to take off your old paint. Before you can paint your bicycle frame or complete bike in order for it to come out amazing you need a good surface* You must strip your old paint completely off your bike. Some people just choose to sand their parts down others would use a paint stripper. Just make sure you get most of your old paint off and use sand paper to get the scratches out your bicycle.
-
Step 2
Make sure you use some cardboard behind your frame when you are paintingChoose your custom colors* Now that you have all your paint off take a wet towel and whip your parts down. Just to make sure that everything is clean before you paint. Now customize your paint colors, you can use normal spray paint to get a good look. Make sure when you are spraying your bike frame that you hold the spray can inches away from your bike parts or frame.
-
Step 3
Getting a good look* In order to get that good look with spray paint you will need to paint your bike multiple times. Make sure you wet sand your parts in between drying and painting.
