Let's discuss some simple natural ways that you can relieve some of your pain. These may not work for everyone, but they are worth a try, especially if you don't like taking medication.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Crabs
  • Lobster
  • Pineapples
  • Fish
  • Worms
  • Green-Lipped Mussels
  1. Step 1

Eat fish! The three most highly recommended fish are salmon, cod and mackerel. These contain pure omega 3 fish oils. The fish oils reduce the amount of prostaglandins that cause pain and inflammation in the human body. Omega 3 also has other benefits such as helping to relieve constipation, and cleaning up clogged arteries.

  2. Step 2

Secondly eat crabs and lobsters. These contain glucosamine. This helps build up the cartilage between your joints. People that have arthritis have found that glucosamine can really help relieve this pain.

  3. Step 3

Do you like pineapples? This is the next step. Pineapples contain bromelain, which is a powerful extract that attacks clots that cause pain and inflammation. Eating pineapples or taking supplements containing bromelain help relieve the pain of arthritis or post surgical inflammation.

  4. Step 4

This one is interesting! WORMS! Ok, well you don't eat them. They produce a supplement called serrapeptase that you can buy in pill form. It comes from silk worms. This is excellent for women who suffer from arthritis, fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, or tendonitis. This is a great anti-inflammatory remedy.

  5. Step 5

Green-Lipped Mussels...these can be eaten or just purchase the extract that they contain. The concoction of natural antihistamine, omega 3 fatty acid and glucosamine is a wonderful remedy for anyone suffering from asthma, or multiple sclerosis.

Tips & Warnings
  • Always check with your doctor before starting any treatment (even natural remedies)
  • If you are allergic to fish, do not eat the fish, crab or lobster items mentioned in this article.
