      The way to loose weight in your face is to actually work it out! You will want to do these exercises everyday to see results, and it has also been known to help prevent wrinkles! First squeeze your face as tight as you can get it, and hold for about 30 seconds! Pretend that your trying to keep water out of your eyes and mouth!

      Next open your eyes and mouth and stretch them as far open as you can and hold that for another 30 seconds! You can try to imagine that you are suprised by something or that maybe you just got the pants scared off you!

      Finally you will open your mouth but keep your lips as tight as you can and lift your eyebrows without opening your eyes as far as you can. This will take some getting use to, but it is a great way to loose weight in your face!
