How to Use N.O.-Xplode

The preworkout supplement N.O.-Xplode promises to give you the focus, drive and energy needed to complete tough workouts. The supplement combines caffeine and other stimulants with strength-enhancing creatine, the amino acid beta-alanine and herbal additives purported to fight fatigue, including ginsing and astragalus. Before using this supplement, consult with your doctor, especially if you're under care for any medical condition. The numerous ingredients and high caffeine content make N.O.-Xplode especially risky for young people, those taking certain medications and women who are pregnant or nursing.

Pre-Workout Mix

Use a spoon or other utensil to mix N.O.-Xplode in 4 to 6 ounces of water 20 to 30 minutes before you start your workout. Avoid shaking to mix. BSN, the company that produces and markets the product, warns you shouldn't take more than one serving per day or the amount specified by your doctor. Consuming additional caffeinated products on a day that you take N.O.-Xplode can lead to the jitters, anxiousness and a rapid heart rate.
