How to Make a Colon and Liver Cleanser

Consider undertaking a colon and liver cleanse to maintain your overall health and wellness. An ideal colon and liver cleanser is made up of common items that you can find at your local grocery store.

Things You'll Need

• 1 cup of light olive oil
• 15 pink grapefruits
• 12 apples
• 3 lemons
• 1 tbsp. Epsom salt

Instructions

1. Juice 12 pink grapefruit before 8 a.m. Blend in the juice of one lemon.

2. Drink the grapefruit juice blended mix between 8 a.m. and 12 noon. For best results, drink the mixture at regular intervals in equal proportions during this time period. Do not add ice to the mixture. However, you may want to chill before drinking.

3. Juice 12 apples before 1 p.m. Blend in the juice from one lemon. Again, do not add ice to the mixture. Chilling before serving is acceptable.

4. Drink the apple juice blended mix between 1 and 5 p.m. For best results, drink the mixture at regular intervals in equal proportions during this time period.

5. Prepare one glass of ice water with 1 tbsp. of Epsom salt. Squeeze the juice from one lemon into the water.

6. Drink the lemon water mixture at 5:30 p.m. The lemon water is best consumed icy cold.

7. Juice the remaining three grapefruits. Blend the grapefruit juice with 1 cup of light olive oil. Shake thoroughly.

8. Drink the grapefruit juice and olive oil mixture at 8 p.m.

Tips & Warnings

• Do not consume any other food or beverages on the day of this colon and liver cleanse. Do not repeat this colon and liver cleanse for at least two weeks.

• While there are benefits associated with using a colon and liver cleanser, you should not undertake a cleanse of any type without first consulting with your doctor.
