How to Use Boiled Chicken in Recipes
Boiled chicken can be used as a meat substitute for just about any dish. Boiled chicken works well in enchiladas, soups, salads, and just about anything else. If the chicken was boiled too long, there is a chance that the flavor has been boiled out of it. Add a can of chicken stock when you boil the chicken, or to a soup afterward to help give the chicken its flavors back. Does this Spark an idea?
