How to Make Soda Bottle Spiders

This craft is easy for everyone, and the spiders look very spooky hanging from a tree in your yard.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Black Paints
• Cheesecloth
• Glue Guns And Accessories
• Yarns
• Soda Bottles With Caps
• Scissors
• Scissors
• Black Pipe Cleaners
• String

1. Use an empty plastic soda bottle with a screw-on cap.

2. Paint the bottle and lid black. Let them dry.

3. Cut four small slits on opposite sides of the bottle (eight total).

4. Insert a black pipe cleaner into each hole for legs. You may need to put a drop of hot glue in each hole to help hold the pipe cleaners.

5. Paint eyes on the spider or buy large wiggly eyes.

6. Tie black string or yarn to the top of the bottle and hang it in a tree.

Tips & Warnings

• Hang cheesecloth to simulate spiderwebs.
