How to Convert Mpeg 4 to VCD
MPEG4 is the standard video and audio compression internationally. Typically, the file type can run on various media formats as well as burn to disc. However, the VCD file type allows videos to burn on CDs and run in standard DVD players. Thus, you can download a copyright-free movie, convert it to VCD and then burn to disc. WinAVI (see Resources) can convert MPEG4 to VCD as well as burn discs. Quick Media Converter (see Resources) can change the format of various file types.
