How to Calculate Height & Weight

Height and weight are two of the many features that make a person unique, and they are also effective ways to measure milestones and goals. Weight is an excellent way to set fitness goals. It can be used to set both weight loss goals for the overweight and weight gain goals for athletes and those trying to build muscle. Additionally, it is common to track youth's height to see how they grow from year to year or whatever the time period may be. These two factors are also used in calculating body mass index, which is a general indicator of physical health.
