For example, If you have an extra large pot or platter that needs to be cleaned then you can remove the top shelf or if you have several large cups that need extra room on the top then you can lower the level of the top shelf.

Listen to the dishwasher. Bosch is known for having quiet dishwashers. The three layers of sound insulation in the dishwasher keeps it from making noise like other dishwashers do. You will may not even realize the machine is on.
