How to Install InDesign CS2
Adobe has long been the leader in design and creation software, ranging in products from video editing and special effects to website design and sound remastering. One of the products in Adobe's large arsenal of software is InDesign. InDesign CS2 is a program that specializes in creating layouts for material to be published in some shape or form, such as book cover designs or brochures.

Insert the installation disc into the computer. Click "Next" when the Adobe InDesign installation window appears.

Pick the desired language and click "Next." Read through the license agreement and click "Yes."

Type in your name, the company (if applicable) and serial number. Click "Next."

View your registry information and select "Yes."

Choose "Typical" when prompted for which installation method is desired. Click "Next" and installation with begin.

Click "Ok" when the pop-up window states Adobe InDesign CS2 has been installed.

Tips & Warnings
The installation serial number can be found the the installation CD's case. The Typical installation method simply installs everything related to the program onto the computer. However, if there are sections of InDesign you do not want installed, select "Custom," and you can pick which parts of the software to install.
Because Adobe InDesign CS2 is an older edition, it is no longer offered for sale by Adobe. However, an upgraded version of Adobe InDesign, known as CS4, is available through the link provided in the References section.
