  1. Step 1

    Why is eating right (healthy) so important? Because eating the right foods gives us the right nutrients to feel good and to grow and maintain health. What we eat/drink effects how we feel and perform throughout the day. Very important.

  2. Step 2

    Does eating right mean I have to eat fruits/vegetables? Absolutely, yes yes yes. Why is this? It is because fruits/vegies have the most nutrients with the least amount of calories.

  3. Step 3

    Ok, so if you do not eat fruits/vegies now, consider adding them slowly at first. Like add an apple or orange to your breakfast.

  4. Step 4

    STOP drinking soda, energy drinks. They are all calories and have no nutritional value whatsoever. Guess what, drink WATER, water has so many health benefits it is unbelievable that hardly anyone drinks it. Drinking water hydrates you, it can make you think better, feel better, get rid of fat and waste faster/better, and helps your skin/hair look better too.
    Drink about 8-10 cups per day, and more if you exercise.

  5. Step 5

    And yes, calories in must be less than calories you burn. Meaning, eat less. You won't starve if you do not eat seconds. Eat more fruits/vegies they have little calories and are good for you, they also add to your water intake for the day.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you really want to lose weight quickly, get on an exercise program along with the above eating plan. Cardio at least 3 days a week and weights for at least 2 days a week.
  • Consult a doctor with the above plan before you try it.
  • If you are diabetic or have some other illnesses, consult with a doctor before trying the plan out.
  • Start slowly, there is no rush. Add and subtract food from your diet slowly and eventually you will love eating right.

It is not easy to lose weight fast if you don't know how to do it.Last money I found one great ebook that helped me to lose 39 lbs in just a month ... AWESOME.
