Step 1
The first thing you have to check what is error message, so you will know what is the problem on the instrument and it will easy for you to repaired the instrument, usually problem is on the lamp, fuse blow,and the dirty of flow cell

Step 2
Run self check in order you will know what is the problem, and also you have to check the condition of the lamp if the lamp halogen is dirty change it with new one, and used the cleaner to cleaning the flowcell and flush it with water

Step 3
After you find the problem such as photometer not ready you have to change the lamp halogen with new one you have to be carefull in order the lamp hologen not damage, and used brush to clean the intrument from the dust because it will influence the result
