If you're like me, you're addicted to an exciting nightlife. So put down the booze and hit the dance floor! When it comes to combining fun and health, dancing reigns supreme. You don't even have to go out on the town. Just put on your favorite music and go nuts.

Get creative in the kitchen. Look for interesting recipes online. It's way more fun to experiment with ingredients than waiting for greasy fast food in a drive-thru line.

Play with your kids or your pet. In general, youngsters and animals are bursting with energy. Rather than keeping them inside where they can get fat and lazy with you, why not go outside with them and frolic about?

Get acrobatic in the bedroom! In the spirit of multitasking, I say sexual intimacy and burning calories go pretty well together.

Play a sport. Tennis, badmiton, soccer, basketball: The sky's the limit. Alternately, you can join a gym with your friends. Anything that gets you moving and making friends is bound to be fun.

Do "kid stuff", like jumprope, hula hooping and DDR. A youthful body can best be attained through youthful activities.
