I love this dish. My favorite time to eat it is when it's raining out and I'm watching television or reading a book. So satisfying with all the flavors of home and comfort in less than an hour.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 large cans of sweet potatoes-drained
  • 1 Tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp orange juice
  • 1 tblsp of heavy cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • cooking spray
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  1. Step 1

Taking a large bowl, begin to whisk in your canola oil, the 2 eggs and honey. Take your canned potatoes, drain them and gently pour into the bowl. With a masher begin to mash so all ingridients incorporate.

  2. Step 2

Slowly, begin adding in the orange juice, vanilla, milk , zest and cream.

  3. Step 3

Now take a deep clear glass backing dish. To be on the safe side, spray with cooking spray so potatoes do not stick. Fold in the potato mixture. Add a bit of the cinnamon to the top.

  4. Step 4

Now add to the top, your graham cracker crust mix. Sprinkle all over the top and bake for 40 minutes on 350 degrees.
