Things You'll Need:
- 12 Jalapeno Peppers
- 1 Lb grated Cheese (doesn’t matter what kind; I like the Mexican blend that’s already grated.
- 1 package of bacon
- Toothpicks
- Plastic Gloves (the seeds will burn your hands)

Step 1
Put on your gloves, kitchen gloves or the ones you see at the doctors office are great to use.

Step 2
Cut a slit on the side of the pepper; leaving stem on the pepper, wash pepper and clean seeds out of the pepper under running water. Dont worry if the pepper breaks a bit.

Fill pepper with grated cheese, stuff it as full as you like.

Wrap the bacon around the pepper using a toothpick to keep it secure, wrap it tightly using a full piece of bacon.

Place on the BBQ until bacon is cooked to a crisp and pepper caramelizes. (Approx 10-15 minutes depending on heat of grill)
Let them cool for 10 minutes, grab a drink, and enjoy! Reminder: you will need a drink these peppers are slightly spicy
