How to Stop Flash on Internet Explorer 7

Many modern websites incorporate animations or videos into their pages that use the Adobe Flash software. The Flash elements on these sites, however, can cause older computer to significantly slow down when loading web pages. If you want to speed up your computer's browsing performance, you can stop Flash elements from showing up on Internet Explorer 7 by uninstalling Adobe Flash.

Instructions

      Log on to your PC computer with an administrative account.

      Open Internet Explorer 7 and navigate to the Adobe Flash downloads page.
