How to Install Stickies

Sticky Note Applications allow the user to create sticky notes that are visible on the desktop. Apple computers already have the sticky note application installed on every computer. Personal Computer users will need to download and install a sticky note program for either windows or Linux, depending on the platform installed on the PC.

Instructions

1. If the computer is a Macintosh, then it already has the program. Go to your finder, then applications, find the sticky note application, double click, and make a note.

2. For PC, or Linux users find the Sticky Note application of your choice, and download.

3. Install the program.

4. Go to the finder, applications, find the sticky note application, double click, and make a note.

Tips & Warnings

• There are many open source free sticky note applications.

• Having an abundant amount of sticky notes on ones desktop can slow down the performance of a computer.
