      Add your meat to the cylinder of the sausage stuffer. You can use meat that is already ground up in the store, or you can use a meat grinder to make your own. Mix your seasonings before you put the meat into the cylinder. Also, you need to make sure that you are only adding about 3 lbs. at a time so that you can push the meat down to remove air pockets.
