How to Create a Plaque
Presenting your employees with plaques that recognize their individual or group accomplishments is a reliable method for improving employee morale and increasing employee retention rates. Employers often integrate "Employee of the Month" recognition awards into their employee-relations programs. While there is the option to order a customized plaque from a trophy shop, you can also create a plaque yourself. By creating plaques, you can control costs and ensure each employee receives the same quality plaque throughout the year.
