1
Choose your charms and beads. You will need five charms and five beads. A theme for the charms will work best for an anklet. They should also be made from the same material. The beads should have holes large enough to place a head pin into.
-
2
Unclasp the anklet chain and lay it out flat. An anklet chain should be approximately 10 inches long.

3
Twist open a jump ring and place it through the top loop on a charm. Slip the jump ring through a link on the chain 1 inch from the end and twist it closed to secure. Repeat with the remaining charms every 2 inches.
-
4
Place a bead onto a head pin with the bead resting against the head. Grasp the tip of the pin between the round nose pliers and wrap the wire around the tip to make a loop.
-
5
Slip the loop through a link in the chain 2 inches from the end of the anklet. Repeat every 2 inches until all five of the beaded head pins are attached to the chain. A bead should dangle between each charm. Your anklet is now ready to wear.

Tips & Warnings
Interesting charms can be found at bead or craft stores. String several seed beads on a head pin instead of one large bead.
