- 4 cups cooked white rice 1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. tarragon 16 oz. frozen broccoli, cooked 1 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained 2 cups grated cheddar cheese Casserole dish Cooking spray

Spray the inside of a casserole dish with cooking spray.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the rice with the tarragon and the butter in the casserole dish.

Stir both the cooked broccoli and canned mushrooms into the rice mixture in the casserole dish. Another option is to lay the broccoli in a single layer over the rice, then scatter the mushrooms over the broccoli.

Sprinkle all of the cheese over the top of the casserole.
