How to Find Bank Ratings

When it comes to saving your money, you want to be involved with a successful and trustworthy bank. Luckily, there are online tools available to help you with comparing banks rates with national rates to find out just how well your savings will do with a particular bank.

How to Find Bank Ratings

Go to the My Bank Track website (see Resources). Here you will be able to view all banks, view the highest-rated banks and the best online banks. The website also provides financial tools that will help you determine how your money should be invested.

Click on the "Highest-rated banks" option under the "Search banks" heading. You will see a list of top banks and their rates. You can view information on the bank by clicking on the "View profile" option.

Click on the "Add" button next to the bank you are interested in. You can click "Add" for as many banks as you'd like to compare.

Click on the "Compare" button at the top of the screen. A pop-up will appear showing you how the banks rank side by side, including the type of banks, reviews and products. This is an easy way to see how the banks compare with each other. You can also click on the "View profile" option to see the CD, saving and checking rates.

Go back to the search results and go to "Quick Bank Finder" on the right side of the page. Choose whether you want your money to go into a CD, savings or checking account, and then move the bar over to the amount of money you want to invest. Choose whether you want to search by all banks, local or online and choose your state from the drop-down menu. Click on the "View Results" button. From the result you can view more information on the banks and see the bank's rates.
