How to Treat Depression Holistically

Depression is a serious issue which affects men and women of all ages. There are a variety of medications available to treat depression. If you aren't comfortable with the idea of taking medication or if your body doesn't react well to it, you can also take a holistic approach to your treatment. Sometimes holistic treatments are used in conjunction with medication as well. Try employing a few methods to see if you can effectively treat your depression holistically.
