  1. Step 1

    First, take into consideration that you have control over what you want to do in life. You can either sit on the couch and watch television all day or go to the gym or for a run for an hour. The television will still be there when you get back.

  2. Step 2

    You can do leg ups. Lay on the floor parallel to your TV. Then lift your legs up and press then towards your knees. Than press them back towards the floor but do not let your feet touch the ground. Do a few sets.

  3. Step 3

    Lay on your side parallel to the television. Then lift your top leg up towards the ceiling and left in back down (you legs should be straight). Do a few sets of this.

  4. Step 4

    Use free weights while you are working out. This can be done simply by taking a easy to lift dumbbell and doing sets.
