Things You'll Need:
- 1cup of milk
- 1 container of yogurt
- 1cup of fruit (fresh or frozen is fine)
- 1 cup of ice
- blender
- serving glass

Step 1
A note before we begin you can make this smoothie into any kind that you want and for added flavor try using the same kind of fruit and the same kind of yogurt. For instance if you wanted a strawberry smoothie try using strawberries and then strawberry yogurt.

Step 2
In a blender pour in the milk, yogurt, fruit and ice.

After everything is poured into the blender, mix well and serve in a glass with a straw and extra ice if desired.
