Hoodia lollipops have become quite trendy lately, being mentioned on The Oprah Winfrey Show, 60 minutes, and various other news programs. The key ingredient, hoodia gordini, is believed to increase metabolism and help control cravings. Although there is a lack in scientific evidence to back these claims, many people have lost significant weight as a result of using the hoodia lollipops in conjunction with a balanced diet and exercise.

Things You'll Need:

  • Hoodia lollipops
  • Spring water
  • Sensible meals
  1. Step 1

    Choose high quality hoodia pops in your choice of flavors. They can be ordered online or found in some upscale health food stores. The average serving for weight loss is three lollipops per day, so plan accordingly. Try buying a week’s worth at a time to see if they help you lose weight and then go from there.

  2. Step 2

    Eat one hoodia lollipop with an 8-ounce glass of spring water about 30 minutes before you eat breakfast. Eat a well-balanced meal with lots of fresh fruit and whole grains for breakfast to energize and awaken your body.

  3. Step 3

    Eat another of your hoodia lollipops with an 8-ounce glass of spring water about 30 minutes before having lunch. Eat a lunch consisting of lean meat, veggies, and complex carbs for the best results.

  4. Step 4

    Eat another hoodia lollipop with an 8-ounce glass of spring water about 30 minutes before dinner time. Prepare a dinner containing lean meat and veggies, but avoid the carbs at this point.

  5. Step 5

    Repeat these steps daily until the desired amount of weight is lost. This time can vary, but as with any diet, you’ll need to stick with it to see results. These diet lollipops are believed to speed metabolism which can increase the rate at which weight is lost.

Tips & Warnings
  • To further increase weight loss, try exercising for 30 minutes three times per week.
  • Maintain a sensible diet according to the guidelines above for the best results. Although the hoodia pops can help, they won’t have any effect without proper diet and exercise.
  • Do not eat for three hours before you go to sleep. Doing so could negate the positive effects of the hoodia lollipops and prevent the most weight loss.
