Some door knobs have concealed screws. You will need to remove the inside knob itself. It will have a small fastening clip in either the top or bottom of the interior side of the door knob. Press this in with a small blade screwdriver and pull slightly on the knob to release. You will now be able to release the face plate to access the screws holding the knob together.
