      Open a new document in Microsoft Word. Go to the "Page Layout" tab.

      Click on the "Margins" drop down menu and select "Custom Margins".

      In the "Page Setup" window, go to the "Margins" tab. Click on the drop down menu next to "Multiple pages" and select "Book fold". Select the appropriate number of sheets in the number of sheets per booklet drop down menu, or select "All" to make all of the sheets part of the booklet. Click OK.

      Begin adding text and pictures to the page. As you complete one page, another page will pop up next to the current page in booklet style. You can save the booklet or preview and print it.
