How to Telework
Telework is any kind of remote work that can be done outside of the confines of a structured office. The best place to begin a teleworking career is with your current employer. Teleworking has many benefits for employees as well as their employers. Some of the benefits for employees are saving gas, no commute time, improves home/work balance and cuts down on employee stress. Employer benefits include decreased overhead and retaining their already skilled employees, which saves money and time on training.
