Use a Kreepy Krauly

1. Turn off the pool's water filtration pump.

2. Place the Kreepy Krauly into the shallow end of the pool and allow it to sink to the bottom. Be sure to push the automatic pool cleaner end below the water first or it will just float on the surface.

3. Fill the Kreepy Krauly hose with water from the garden hose.

4. Connect the water-filled hose to the pool inlet hole, or to the skimmer hole if you do not have a dedicated inlet.

5. Turn on the water filtration pump.

6. Push the Kreepy Krauly to the center or deep end of the pool with the pool pole. It should begin working automatically. You will know it's working properly by the distinct "ticking clock" sound the Kreepy Krauly makes in the water.

• You can purchase a Kreepy Krauly automatic pool cleaner and pool pole from a pool supply store or find them online like at the website under the additional resources.
• The Kreepy Krauly automatic pool cleaner will not remove algae. Pool chemicals control algae and kill it, and a pool scrub brush can be used to remove it from walls or steps. An automatic pool cleaner can remove dead algae and debris from the pool, but if you have algae, check your chemicals.
