Inkjet ink stains are virtually inevitable in the office environment. Technology has replaced the old-fashioned manual and even electronic typewriters. Now offices are filled with desktop stations and the infamous office inkjet printers. Changing printer cartridges can result in a mishap of inkjet ink staining office clothing. Some cleaning agents for stain removal are abrasive and harsh on fabrics. They get out the stains, while breaking down the fabric fibers. There are gentler methods to treat and remove inkjet ink stains from clothing. To avoid staining your hands with ink, wear rubber gloves when you attempt these methods.
