Things You'll Need:
- you might want a sports cup
-
Step 1
* Front Foot Position- front foot like an ollie but to in the middle of the board. (The front foot doesn't require an angle)
* Back Foot Position- back foot needs to be in a comfortable frontside pop-shuvit position. (position may vary) -
Step 2
* The Pop- make a slight, easy, small and low frontside shuvit (i cannot stress this enough!! Keep it low!!)
* The Flip- flip the board like you would for a regular kickflip but flip low, fast and easy (some people like to bring their front foot behind their back leg, this sometimes helps) -
Step 3
* The Jump- Jump as high as you can (but keep your board low as you can)
* The land- stay in the air as long as you can. Once the board has finished the rotation, connect, land and roll away.
