- Bottle
- Formula
- Filtered Water

Step 1
Start by making sure the bottle is clean and free from any dirt or dried formula. Make sure the nipple is clear from any obstructions.

Pour the filtered water into the bottle to the desired amount. Most formulas measure a scoop per ounce. Make sure not to add more than the desired amount of water.

Next open the formula and find the scoop. Some scoops are secured to the lid of the can others are buried in the formula. Most formula brands measure one unpacked level scoop for every two ounces. So if you are making a 4 ounce bottle use only 2 level scoops for the bottle.

Step 4
The final step is the easiest. Shake the bottle enough so all the formula is mixed into the water.
