Things You'll Need:
- Friends
- Flash Lights
- Digital Camera
- Camcorder
- Voice Recorder
-
Step 1
First you will need to get your group of friends together for the hunt and decide on which location you will be investigating. The local haunted house? The cemetery? Have a game plan, especially if you plan on visiting multiple locations in the same night.
-
Step 2
Your most important piece of equipment for a low scale ghost hunt is your digital camera and voice recorder. If you have a video recorder that's a plus. A digital camera holds more photos than a traditional film camera does and you can have your photos instantly.
-
Step 3
You will need a voice recorder because you are going to be asking the ghosts questions about how they died, where they are, etc. Use your imagination. Many ghost hunters have had success using this method.
-
Step 4
Always stay in groups of two, you don't want someone getting scared and wanting to leave the hunting site. Also, for safety reasons.
-
Step 5
After your investigation, go over your data and see if you caught anything paranormal, if not get back out there - That's why they call it a hunt!

on 10/8/2009 Great article, never believed in ghost until I saw an Indian woman walking down the road in the middle of the night. She was wearing traditional Indian garb from 300 years ago! That incident really did not make me a true believer though, however, a few months later my husband and I witnessed a monk dressed in a brown cloak, crossed our path while making a right turn. As stated earlier, we both saw it and then it simply disappeared in front of us! Now we are both believers and I must point out that we do not drink alcohol or have ever taken any type of illegal substance. Great article and be careful one negative entity might attached itself to you which is not good.
