This article offers different methods for dealing with crybabies - both at home, and at the workplace. Please keep in mind though - that a crybaby is not the same as a crying baby. A crybaby is someone older than 25.

Things You'll Need:

  • Pacifier
  • Blankey
  • Box of Tissues
  • Baby Doll
  • Sharp Pencil
  1. Step 1

Pretend like you are listening carefully to the crybaby. Don't really listen - because they are just being a baby and what they are saying is stupid. When they pause - say things like - Oh my goodness, My heavens, That's terrible, or I understand how you feel. This way, they really think you share their pain.

  2. Step 2

When they are done Boo-hooing, tell them you are going to 'do your best' to resolve this so they don't have to deal with whatever they were crying about.

  3. Step 3

Disappear for about 25 minutes so the crybaby thinks you are working on a resolution. Get back to them and say - I have done everything I can, but this is the way it has to be. Pretend like you are on their side and blame the fact that you can't change things on everyone else.

  4. Step 4

Some crybabies just don't stop. This is where you may want to take a different approach and offer up a 'tissue for their issue' or possibly a pacifier to jam in their mouth or down their throat.
