Enter the Country Dialing Code next. This number contains one to three digits, and varies by country as well as by whether the telephone number being called is for a cell phone or a land line.

Enter the Area Code, also referred to as a City Code, next. This number also contains one to three digits and pertains to a certain location within a country.
