You can play songs, watch movies and TV shows, connect to the Internet and even play games. Certain games you play on your PC even have iPod Touch equivalents. Follow just a few guidelines to run a PC game on your iPod Touch.

      Open iTunes. ITunes is the main program you use to sync data to your iPod Touch. Click on the icon on your desktop, or if one isn't present click on the icon located in the "Start" menu.

      Click on the link on the left side of the iTunes program window that reads "iTunes Music Store."

      Type the name of the game you are looking for into the "Search" field at the top of the iTunes window. Not all PC Games have iPod Touch versions, but many do. Examples include "The Sims 3," "Myst," and "Oregon Trail."

      Click the link to the right side of the name of the game you want to download that reads "Purchase Application." You will be prompted to enter in a credit card or debit card number for billing purposes if the game costs money. Once you do that, the game will be downloaded to your computer.

      Connect your iPod Touch to your computer using the USB cable that came packaged with it. The information about your iPod Touch will automatically appear in the main iTunes window. Click the "Sync" button to sync your iPod Touch. This will install the game you've just purchased to your iPod. You can now take it on the go with you and play it wherever and whenever you want.
