Motivate Yourself to Exercise and Workout
Motivate Yourself to Exercise and Workout

Everyone faces tough obstacles when weight training, bodybuilding, or just working out. The toughest challenge can be getting yourself into the gym and getting motivated. Find out what can really get you inspired and running to the gym in this article.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Set your goals. Create an image in your head of how you want to look, and remind yourself that you must exercise to achieve those goals.

  2. Step 2

Use other accomplished athletes/bodybuilders or people that just look good as motivation. Look at videos of bodybuilders working out on youtube to get you in the spirit to pump some iron.

  3. Step 3

Find a workout partner and motivate each other. Going solo is lonely and you'll most likely end up quitting your program. Inspire each other to complete one more rep, run one more minute, etc.

  4. Step 4

Practice healthy nutrition and sleep well to ensure that you have energy. Supplement caffein and pre-workout amplifiers to keep you pumped during the workout.
