1. First, make sure your soil is rich, adding a bag of organic compost and incorporate into the soil.

2. Choose a tomatoes plant such as an Amish paste tomatoes this particular tomato grows quick and is disease resistant. You will need to plant these in part sun for the best results. This way you will also be conserving water since the tomatoes will have partial shade you will water them less.

3. Have a plastic bag in kitchen to designate for used coffee grounds and vegetable scraps. These you will take and plant around the vegetables to give your tomatoes a head start. Your tomatoes will grow large using this compost mix. You can also take any left over coffee from you pot and add water then pour around your tomatoes plants. Tomatoes love coffee, and it promotes rapid growth and big green stalks.
