Difficulty: Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A skateboard
  • A flat surface
  1. Step 1

This is one of the most difficult flip tricks in skateboarding. You will need to know how to do a 360 shuv-it, a kickflip, and a high ollie. Find a flat surface to do this trick on.

  2. Step 2
    The basic ollie
    The basic ollie

First, you have to get the board into the air by doing an ollie. The higher you go, the better, because it will give you more time to land it. It is easier to do this if you are rolling.

  3. Step 3
Scoop your back foot toward you

At the same time you are doing the ollie, scoop your back foot around toward you body, so you start doing a 360 shuv-it. You need to get the board spinning quickly, so you have time to land.

At the same time you scoop your foot, do a kickflip. To do this, while doing the ollie, slide your front foot up at an angle toward yourself and flick the board, instead of sliding it up straight.

This trick is so hard because you have to do all these things at the same time. The picture shows how the tre flip should look when you do it right.

Tips & Warnings
  • It is really just a kickflip, while scooping your back foot for a 360 shuv-it
  • If you do this off a ramp, you'll have more air time
  • Always wear a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards until you have completely mastered this trick
  • Don't attempt this trick unless you are an advanced skateboarder
