Step 1
One of the first things to consider is what you eat. Many times we pack our plates to full of food and we expect ourselves to finish all of it so we don't waste it. Try taking too little and eating it slowly. If you are still hungry head back for a little seconds. By doing this you will find yourself getting full without over eating.

A second thing to think about is where you walk. Most of us work in an office building setting. We all know that there is not a bunch of walking space at work. But, we do know that there are stairs around. Instead of taking the elevator everywhere take the stairs.

Step 3
If you have the time it is a great idea to have 30 minutes or so for a workout. There are plenty of workout schedules out there to try. Find one that fits you. A key to remember is to stick with it.
