Try it with frozen banana! Sustitute it for the berries.

Do you like to drink smoothies? Me too! It's a nice treat to have after a long day working in the sun. This Smoothie tastes great on a warm summer afternoon. It is very easy to make and is actually not very fattening either. I bet that you'll enjoy this one if you like smoothies. Let's break out the blender and get started.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 glass (12 oz)
  • 1 red apple as sweet as you can find.
  • 1 green apple
  • 3.5 oz mixed berries (frozen)
  • 3.50 oz strawberry yogurt
  • 4 ice cubes
  1. Step 1

First peel the apple and slice it in half. Remove the core from both apples and throw away.

  2. Step 2

In your blender pour in your berries and the yogurt and then the apples and ice cubes.

  3. Step 3

Blend on high until everything is broken-down and then continue on low until you get a smooth mass.

  4. Step 4

Pour into a glass and enjoy. You can garnish the glass and use a straw if you are into that sort of thing. If smoothie is too thick use a little bit of apple juice or water to aid in thinning it out. Thanks for reading and enjoy. Have a great summer!

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not take out the berries until you are putting them into the blender this is how the smoothie gets cold.
