How To Hang Exercise Mats

      Measure the length of your mat. Mats typically range between 4 and 5 feet in length.

      Choose a spot on the wall based on how long your mat is. Leave a couple of inches below the length of the mat so it does not hit the floor.

      Drill either one or two holes into the wall to install your hanging storage rack. Some racks will hold up with one screw, while others require two.

      Hang your mat by putting the eyelet(s) through the poles of the hanging rack. Some mats will only have one hole in the center, whereas others will have two on the sides.

      Install more racks if you want to hang more than ten mats.
